swayzecrazy.games and its subdomains are a private, non-commercial hobby service operated for members of the Swayze Crazy Games Discord server. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility & membership
This service is intended only for current members of the Swayze Crazy Games Discord server. We use Discord sign-in to confirm your membership in that server before granting access to resources developed for server members. If you leave the server or lose membership, your access may be removed.
2. Permitted use
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use by server members in connection with the group's games. The tools and reference resources here are provided for those members.
3. Your access
- Don't share your access or attempt to let non-members use it on your behalf.
- You are responsible for your own Discord account and for keeping your access secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to use, or bypass authentication.
- Scrape, bulk-download, copy, or redistribute content or resources from the service.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
Game systems and their materials — including Dungeons & Dragons (Wizards of the Coast), Pathfinder (Paizo), and ALIEN: The Roleplaying Game (Free League) — together with all related names and logos, are the property of their respective owners. This site is unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners. Reference materials are made available to server members for their personal use only; nothing here grants you any rights to that content.
6. Third-party services
The service integrates with or links to third parties (for example Discord, Roll20, and our own game/library servers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
7. Availability & "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind. It's a hobby project — uptime, data accuracy (including streaming availability), and continued operation are not guaranteed, and it may change or shut down at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this service are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including (but not limited to) when you leave the Swayze Crazy Games server or violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
